As a building society, it’s important for us to be there for our members. So, with coronavirus still posing a threat for people’s health and lives, we’re prioritising the personal safety of our members, key worker colleagues, and anyone else who walks through the door of one of our branches. For this reason, we’re continuing to operate reduced opening times in most of our branches. If, like many of our members, you’re now using our website and online services to manage your money, please carry on doing this as much as possible. This is still the fastest and safest way for you to access our services. However, if you do need to visit us in branch, please be aware that although the government is changing the social distancing guidelines from 4 July, we’ll still keep to the two-metre rule. It’s just while we assess how the new rules will affect our colleagues and members, because keeping you safe is our number one priority. Thank you for your support.
